ASCRT were called for incident control and general duration 5hrs assistance in the search for a 71 year old man in Shepton Mallet Town Centre. Stood down. The man was found early the next morning and taken to hospital. |

ASCRT were called to search the Chard area in Somerset duration 7hrs for a missing 86 year old man suffering from Alzheimer’s who had wandered from his home during the night. He was found unhurt. |

ASCRT were called to assist the Fire Brigade with a body duration 3hrs recovery on the Somerset side of Avon Gorge. |
| 3 | 02 & 03/05/03 1400hrs | ASCRT were called to search the Wookey Hole / Split duration 10hrs Rock Quarry area for a 72 year old male with a history of psychosis and depression. The Team were called to provide search manpower along with Exmoor Team, Mendip Rescue Organisation and Mendip Wardens. Police Helicopter was tasked to assist. There was a possible sighting near Split Rock Quarry by Exmoor Dog Team so search was moved here. The search was called off at dusk and the Team reconvened the following day but was not sent out. |
