| 6 | 24/08/04 1900hrs | ASCRT were called to support Avon Fire Brigade in the evacuation of a male climber who had fallen whilst climbing Main Wall and injured his leg. He was lowered safely to the ground. |

| 4 | 16/05/04 1600hrs | ASCRT were called to search Brean Down for a missing male. The Coastguard searched the lower cliffs from the water while ASCRT searched the Down area and the cliffs from above. Stood down and the missing male was later found safe in a different location. |

| 1 | 13/05/04 2215hrs | ASCRT were called to search Cheddar Gorge for two duration 6hrs missing teenagers. Not found and Team stood down at 0430hrs with possible further tasking the following morning. This was not necessary as the two teenagers had been found. |
