| 16 | 02/12/05 15:29hrs | Call received from Taunton comms re request to liaise and advise duty polsar on action / immediate ASCRT search in Yeovil area for "Very High Concern for welfare" at risk, venerable, despondent male. Last seen by partner aprox 11.00 hrs. Further to suggestions on local immediate actions and confirmation of request to task ASCRT Search & Rescue resources. 15.38 hrs advised by Taunton comms to "stand by" full team call out as suggestions may have been successful, 15.48 hrs confirmed "ASCRT to Stand Down" as suggested search by Avon & Somerset Police Officers on Scene had resulted in a find. |
| 15 | 22/11/05 21:14hrs | Team placed on standby at 21:14 for a missing mature male. Team called out at 21:29 RV at Bath police station. Person found unharmed, team stood down at 22:55. |
| 14 | 15/11/05 09:45hrs | Sixty Six year old man went missing on the night of 15th, team called out at 09:45 on the 16th to aid search in an area outside of Wookey Village. Successfully found by the team safe & well about a Kilometre from his home at 12:55. Thankyou letter from Avon & Somerset Police, here. |
| 13 | 17/09/05 17:30hrs | Missing person – Goblin Combe. 68 year old female missing since 14:10hrs. Police had dogs, a search team and Q99 helicopter in attendance. Casualty found in Brockley Combe at 19:00hrs, safe and well. Team stood down at 19:15hrs. |

| 2 | 13/02/05 15:23hrs | A family of five people were walking on Burrington Ham. The parents and two older children walked off and left four year old Daniel at the deer pond. An immediate search was required as this was a very high risk casualty situation. The police launched Q99 (helicopter) and called the team. A hasty search found Daniel on the path behind the Garden Centre. He was taken to the home of PC Ray Bradley in Burrington village, and reunited with his family. |
| 1 | 06/02/05 | Misty the dog had run off from its owner whilst out walking in Cheddar Gorge. The Team was called. The Cheddar Rock crew had found the dog in a catch net behind the gift shop. The owner had attempted to rescue the dog and was in an unsafe position. Hand lines were attached to the dog (paw lines?) and the owner. Both were escorted to safety. |
